Hermit Creek Farm Employment Opportunities

HCF is a certified organic farm with about 20 acres of vegetable and cover crop production as well as a small apple orchard and pastured sheep and hogs. We are located 20 miles south of Ashland, WI and are known for our high tunnel season extension and nearly year-round CSA. We deliver both CSA and wholesale across the western Lake Superior region and have been in operation for over 30 years.

We typically hire 3-5 full time (early April into November) employees who partake in with all facets of the farm. Pay is competitive and consummate with experience. All field going farm employees are expected to work 5 days & 45 hours per week.

On farm housing is not available.
